Description
English: NMuMG cells stably expressing EGFP were grown in collagen for 2 days. Cells were then treated with AG1478 250 nM and time lapse acquisition (48 h; 100x magnification) was made using a computer controlled Leica AF6000LX inverted microscope equipped with a motorized stage controlled by the LAS AF software.
