Les surcharges lors d'événements (exposition, première aéronautique,...) sur des timbres d'usage courant étaient fréquentes au début du XXe siècle. English: French stamp, Merson type. A surcharge was printed during the philatelic exhibition at Le Havre, 1929, which lasted only a few days. Therefore this stamp is quite rare. Surcharges were common for special events at the beginning of the 20th century. |
