Description
Deutsch: Kurz nach dem westlichen Ortsausgang von Martinsbuch in Richtung Neuhofen steht das Kreuz am Straßenrand der DGF 41 gegenüber der Abzweigung nach Haberdorn.

Ein paar Steinstufen führen in Martinsbuch zum eingehausten Marterl am südlichen Straßenrand in dem sich ein Holzkreuz befindet. In dem kleinen Balusterschrot befindet sich das ganze Jahr über jahreszeitlicher Blumenschmuck. Das Marterl berichtet von einem tragischen Verkehrsunfall, bei dem Gabi Bogner völlig unverschuldet als Beifahrerin im Blütenalter von gerade 17 Jahren an dieser Stelle ums Leben kam. Man wird es nie begreifen. Wenige Sekunden früher oder später und die beiden Autos wären sich nicht einmal begegnet. Warum saß Gabi auf dem Beifahrersitz und nicht wie sonst auf dem Rücksitz? Fragen, auf die es keine Antwort gibt. Der Spuch auf dem Sterbebild versucht Trost zu spenden.

Alle unsere Wege haben ein Ende, ein frühes oder spätes Ziel, drum falt im größten Schmerz die Hände und sprich in Demut "Wie Gott es will."

Am Kreuzesstamm befinden sich der Name und ein Foto der Verunglückten. Seitlich sind die Geburts- und Sterbedaten aufgemalt.
