Description
English: Synergistic activation of Arp2/3 complex by GST-VCA and high concentrations of cortactin. Video corresponds to images in Figure 2C. Reaction contains 1 µM 33% Oregon-Green actin, 10 nM Arp2/3 complex, 50 nM GST-VCA and 1 µM cortactin. Single-wavelength (488 nm) images were acquired at a final magnification of 100× with an exposure time of 100 ms and a frame rate of 1 fps (frames per second).
