Description
English: HeLa cells expressing mKO2-AuroraA (red) were treated with Cdc7-D siRNA and time lapse image was recorded by LCV100 Microscopy (Olympus). Both videos start at 24 hrs after siRNA transfection. Total imaging time was 60 hr. Images were acquired every 40 min. Playback speed is 14400× real time.
