Description
English: 1916-1917 Horse Power Rating by the N.A.C.C. (National Automobile Chamber of Commerce), published in 1916 by McClure's Automobile year book. It is based on the formula first published in 1904 by the A.L.A.M. (Association of Licensed Automobile Manufacturers), an expanded to 8 and 12 cylinder cars. Excluded in this list are single cylinder engines. This Rating is similar to the contemorary British RAC Rating.
