Description
English: Senegal’s coastal city of Mbour has a rich tradition of fishing. It also has a reputation as a departure point for irregular migrants risking dangerous sea crossings to get to the Canary Islands and then the European mainland. As the number of departures has increased, so has the toll on Mbour.
