Description
English: A photograph of a plaque (center) commemmorating the end of the Maxwell press strike in 1992. This plaque is located in a flower bed on the north side of London Road, next to a road leading to Headington Hill Hall (now a part of Oxford Brookes. The strike was started by workers at Pergamon Press, owned by Robert Maxwell, who died in 1991.
