Summary
[edit]DescriptionMawddach Estuary - geograph.org.uk - 660464.jpg |
English: Mawddach Estuary. View from Barmouth bridge (112028) inland. The deepest part of the Afon Mawddach meanders within the wider tidal estuary. The mountains in the background are the foothills of Cadair Idris (372396), with the main ridge running almost parallel with the view. The large cliff on the right is Tyrrau Mawr (660407) at the western end of the ridge, Cadair Idris itself is almost hidden behind it, slightly to its left. |
