Description
English: Memorial tablet to Margaret Lygon (née Talbot, died 21 February 1632) in the Chantry Chapel of St John the Baptist Church, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. She was a daughter of Sir John Talbot, of Salwerpe and Grafton (died 9 December 1581) and his wife Olive Stapleton. The inscription reads: Here lyeth the body of Dame Margrete Lygon daughter to the afore said Sr John Talbott and sister to this Dame Bridget Talbott that lieth heare and wife to Sr Arnould Lygon of Beauchampes Coort shee decesed February the 24th Anno Domini 1632.
