Description
English: Relief shown by hachures. Prime meridians: Washington and Greenwich. "Entered according to Act of Congress the 17th day of March 1830 by H.S. Tanner of the state of Pennsylvania." "The latitude and longitude of Saltillo, Monterey, Laredo, Bexar, Nacogdoches, and point where the boundary line leaves the Sabine are from observations of General Teran of the Mexican Army." Include note and illustration. LC copy imperfect: Torn along fold lines and missing parts of the scale bar and scale statement at lower right. Available also through the Library of Congress Web site as a raster image.
