Español: En este proyecto se plantea el desarrollo de una mano mecánica teniendo como objetivo básico concluir en un prototipo operativo, lo que implica cumplir con el diseño mecánico y construcción física de la mano.
El mecanismo de la mano mecánica se opera desde el mango de la biela y se puede girar en sentido horario. La manivela opera un engranaje al mecanismo central de piñones que hace mover el eje de bielas que transmite el movimiento a cada dedo. Esto se transmite desde el meñique para el dedo índice. Una biela opera una palanca para mover el mecanismo del pulgar. Esto no es un robot en el sentido mas estricto, aunque si es un experimento excelente para aprender algo de anatomía y diseños robóticos bioinspirados.
