Description
English: Movie shows the dynamics of NPQ in leaves infiltrated with different pHs of KOX. KOX was adjusted to pH 7.0 and 3.0 with HCl. The light is switched off at 4 min. Images were captured at the indicated time point with an Imaging-PAM Chlorophyll Fluorometer. The pictures shown are representative.
