Description
English: Movie shows the dynamics of NPQ in Sclerotinia -infected leaves at low light. Light intensity at 133 μmol photons m-2 s-1 was selected as low light. The light is switched off at 4 min. Chlorophyll fluorescence images were captured at the indicated time point using an Imaging-PAM Chlorophyll Fluorometer. The pictures shown are representative.
