Description
English: Movie shows the dynamics of NPQ in Sclerotinia -infected leaves at excess light. 725 μmol photons m-2 s-1 was selected as excess light intensity. The light is switched off at 4 min. Images were captured at the indicated time point with an Imaging-PAM Chlorophyll Fluorometer. The pictures shown are representative.
