Description
English: Degradation of an apparently intact nucleus in vacuoles. The red fluorescence (H2B-mDsRed) represents a nucleus and the green fluorescence (EGFP-AoAtg8) indicates an autophagosomal structure and vacuolar lumen. The movie was generated by pictures shown in Figure 2.
