Description
English: Construction plan for Koningskapel (Kings Chapel), Basilica of Saint Servatius, Maastricht, the Netherlands (ca 1461). Ink and tempera on parchment. The money for the chapel was donated by Louis XI of France, in commemoration of a miraculous healing that happened to a relative of his, the duke of Bavaria, after praying to Saint Servatius.
