Description
Nederlands: In een renaissance-vertrek met een hemelbed slaat Jozef op de vlucht voor de vrouw van Potifar die hem tracht tegen te houden door zijn mantel vast te grijpen. Voor het bed liggen een kruik en een kandelaar. De portretmedaillons op het bed dragen de teksten: 'LVX' 'SVR' en 'SAPI' 'ENCE'. Op de medaillons aan de wand zijn taferelen uit het leven van Jozef weergegeven: respectievelijk het besmeuren van het kleed van Jozef met het bloed van een geitenbokje en (?) het vullen van de zakken met graan [Gen. 42-44]. Door de toegang rechts is te zien dat de gevangengenomen Jozef wordt beschuldigd door Potifars vrouw. Op de achtergrond een stad.
