Description
English: Lower parting Gloucester. The river Severn splits into two 2km north of Gloucester at the upper parting. The west channel travels due south while the eastern channel meanders past Gloucester and gives access to the docks and the Gloucester and Sharpness canal. Here at the lower parting the two channels recombine as one.
