Description
English: Loretta Briscoe (née Mejía), mother of American evolutionary biologist Adriana Briscoe, was one of three Spanish-surnamed undergraduates--and the only women--out of 76 from San Bernardino county, the largest county in the U.S. to graduate from the University of California, Riverside in 1965. She received a B.A. in social sciences.
