Description
English: Longitudinal time-lapse intravital imaging of the retina of a LYSM.TDRFP mouse affected by experimental autoimmune uveoretinitis (EAU), 21 days after immunization (peak of disease). Three-dimensional 1,400 μm × 1,400 μm × 300 μm fluorescence images were acquired every minute, over 20 min in the retina of LysM.tdRFP mice affected by EAU, at day 21. The LysM cells are depicted in red, whereas the autofluorescence of the retinal pigment epithelium is depicted in blue. z-step = 6 μm.
