Description
English: Changes in the fluorescence of individual PSD-95:GFP puncta over time in the presence of TTX. Each circle represents one PSD-95:GFP punctum, with its momentary fluorescence depicted by its position along the y-axis. Data from two neurons, 281 synapses, and 110 30-min time steps. Data were smoothed with a six–time step kernel.
