Description
English: Cell divisions in cultured antennal disc. An early-L3 ubi>Fucci eye-antennal disc was cultured and monitored at 25°C for 12 hr. The cell cycle G1 (GFP only; green), S (RFP only; magenta), and G2 (GFP and RFP; white) phases can be distinguished. The scale bar is 30 μm.
