Description
English: Time lapse TIRF-microscopy movie of Dictyostelium discoideum LimE-GFP during flattening. A Dictyostelium discoideum LimE-GFP cell is flattened with a single layer device. The LimE-GFP labels specifically F-actin. The images were taken at a rate of 2 per second and are displayed at 10 frames per second. The movie was subject to binary thresholding using MATLAB.
