Description
English: Neutrophil recruitment to HRasV12 expressing cells. Live imaging of epidermal cells in the trunk region of a 3.5 dpf transgenic mpx:GFP (green-neutrophils) chimeric zebrafish expressing HRasV12 (magenta). Images were collected for 30 minutes with 2 minute intervals. Movie shows that neutrophils are recruited to HRasV12 expressing cells.
