Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Live cell video showing EGFP-cro BSC-40 cells infected with I1L-mCherry virus. The images were collected every 5 min up to 10 h post-infection and incorporated to produce the video. Arrows were added to match the panels seen in Fig 3A and show the initial factory formation, first sign of I1-mCherry production, and mCherry seen in viral factories at late stages of infection.
