“Seneca County Town of Junius We whose names are hereunder written and seal affixed being commissioner of excise in and for the town of Junius do hereby authorize and permit Richard P Hunt to sell by retail at his Store now Occupied by him in said town strong and Spiritous Liquors until the first Tuesday of May next and no longer provided said Liquors shall not be drank in said store or in the house outhouse yard or garden of said Richard P Hunt Given under our hands and seals this 6th day of May 1823
