English: Supplementary Movie 3 Related to Figure 4, and demonstrating persistent increase of light diffraction at the microlaser-generated sites of DNA damage in PARG-depleted cells. The movie covers the first 15 minutes after laser micro-irradiation at 15 seconds intervals.
