Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 Surface SEP-CB1Rs quenching. Simultaneous dual fluorescence TIRF microscopy

series (10Hz) from a HEK cell co-expressing SEP-CB1R and RFP-β-arrestin-2 were incubated with 5 μM WIN 55,212-2 to induce receptor clustering and endocytosis. Perfusion of MES pH5.5 resulted in a rapid

decrease in SEP-CB1R fluorescence.
