Description
Deutsch: 3: Kundry, ein räthselhaftes Weib, in der mittelalterlichen Gralsage die Botin des Grals, ahnt in dem Jüngling den angekündigten Retter des Amfortas. Sie hat ihm bereits Kunde von dem Tode seiner heissgeliebten Mutter Herzeloide (Herzeleid) gegeben und kündet ihm ferner, dass sein Vater Gamuret ihm sterbend den Namen Parsifal - fal parsi, reiner Thor - verliehen habe. Noch steht Kundry unter dem verderblichen Zauber des Klingsor; sie sucht, als Parsifal Klingsor's Schloss betreten, seine Sendung zu vereiteln.
