« Le samedi 16 octobre 2010 à 13h30 aura lieu le dévoilement de la dernière sculpture de Marcel Barbeau « Liberté ». L’événement aura lieu en face la Maison Ludger Duvernay, siège social de la Société Saint-Jean-Baptiste de Montréal où elle sera installée en permanence. Cette maison historique est située au 82, rue Sherbrooke Ouest, à Montréal. Marcel Barbeau a produit cette sculpture dans le cadre d’une commande de la Fondation Octobre 70 qui a fait de la Société Saint Jean-Baptiste de Montréal son dépositaire. » – marcelbarbeau.com
