Description
English: Example of cell tracking using PGK-H2BmCherry hESCs. Time-lapse image stacks of PGK-H2BmCherry ESCs over 20 hours were acquired with a 10× objective (NA 0.5) at 10 minute intervals using MetaMorph. Centroids of H2BmCherry fluorescence were tracked automatically using a modified version of the Particle Tracking Plugin [17] for ImageJ (Methods). The 4 concatenated clips correspond to single tracks within the yellow boxes in Figure 2C.
