| Description |
Deutsch: An der ausgebauten Gemeindeverbindungsstraße von Weichs nach Haader steht das Marterl 120 Meter nach der Kreuzung mit der Straße Laberweinting - Ödwiesen an der nördlichen Straßenseite. Das überdachte, niedrige Holzkreuz steht an der Nordseite der Straße von Weichs nach Haader. Hier verläuft auch der Europäische Pilgerweg VIA NOVA. Das rechtwinkelige Satteldach ist mit Blech verkleidet und mit geschweiften Giebelbrettern ausgestattet. Die Rückseite ist mit senkrechten Brettern eingeschlagen. Die Christusfigur ist aus Metall gegossen. Darunter ist die Tafel befestigt, die vom Unglück mit dem Bulldog-Gespann berichtet. Man muss dazu anmerken, dass der Weg 1968 noch ein weitgehend unbefestigter, steil abfallender Kiesweg war. Die Gefahrenstelle wurde durch den Ausbau der Straße entschärft. Die schwarte Tafel trägt folgende Aufschrift: "Zur Erinnerung. Johann Raumsauer aus Weichs verunglückte hier am 16. Oktober 1968 im Alter von 35 Jahren tödlich. - Herr gib ihm das ewige Leben." |
