Français : Les bâtiments en pans-de-bois sont souvent détruits, parce que les propriétaires ou les promoteurs immobiliers n'y voient que maisons vétustes alors que ce système de construction est toutefois extrêmement solide et ingénieux.
English: Timber-frame buildings are often destroyed because owners or developers see them as dilapidated houses, although this construction system is extremely solid and ingenious.
Deutsch: Holzfachwerkbauten werden oft zerstört, weil Hausbesitzer oder Bauunternehmer in ihnen nur veraltete Häuser sehen, obwohl dieses Bausystem äußerst stabil und genial ist.
Nederlands: Houtskeletgebouwen worden vaak vernietigd omdat eigenaars of projectontwikkelaars ze als oude huizen zien, hoewel dit bouwsysteem uiterst solide en ingenieus is.
