Nederlands: Koffieservies, 16-delig (schenkkan)Koffiebranderij Douwe Egberts, opgericht in 1753, schonk dit servies in 2003 aan het Amsterdams Historisch Museum ter ere van het 250-jarig bestaan van de branderij. Op het servies zien we bekende plaatsen in Amsterdam; op de melkkan bijvoorbeeld de Hogesluis in de Amstel (1662). De oude zeventiende eeuwse Hogesluis (tussen Amstel Hotel en Theater Carré) werd in 1883 door de huidige basculebrug vervangen. Op de koffiekan zien we de Leidse- en de Herengracht (1613) en op de suikerpot de Hoogduitsche Synagoge. Deze Grote Synagoge of Dritt Sjoel biedt nu gastvrijheid aan het huidige Joods Historisch Museum. De Haarlemmerpoort en het Maagdenhuis zien we terug op de koffiekoppen. De Haarlemmerpoort van Hendrik de Keyser uit 1618 werd in 1840 vervangen door de huidige poort. Het Maagdenhuis uit 1870, rooms-katholiek meisjesweeshuis, is nu het bestuurlijk centrum van de Universiteit van Amsterdam en de Hogeschool van Amsterdam.
