Slovenščina: Knjige Klemna Koširja, ki bi jih utegnili imeti za kuharice, so mnogo več od tega. Pravzaprav Košir v pogovoru s Katjo Pahor zatrdi, da je knjig receptov že veliko; izziv bi bilo napisati knjigo o hrani brez njih. Zdi se, da avtor temu načelu tudi sledi. Na ribe, nadalje, ne gleda kot na hrano, temveč kot na nenadomestljiv element naše kulture: Delo Plava je bogato ilustriran pregled plavih rib na Jadranu in v Sredozemskem morju; v njem zvemo o življenjskem prostoru rib, o njihovem razmnoževanju ter celo o ribolovnih conah Sredozemlja. Morja in rib se dotika tudi knjiga FAO 37.2.1: Divji Jadran. Delo Ojtajota pa je osrediščeno okoli jote, a tudi okoli izginjajoče kulture prehranske samooskrbe, ki jo je nekoč predstavljalo kisanje zelja. Pripoved je podana skozi pričevanja oseb, ki so resda namišljene, a njihova sporočila vendarle temeljijo na zgodbah, ki jih je širom slovenskih pokrajin nabiral avtor. Pogovor je vodila Katja Pahor.
