Description Vaade pritsimaja tornist. Pritsimaja koos torniga valmisid 1913. a. sügisel. Vasakul on Raekoja platsi algus ja Vabaduse Puiestee. Keskel on Kivisild, mis püsis 1784. - 1941. a., nüüd on seal Kaarsild. Paremal on "Bellevue" hotell, endine H. Treffneri koolimaja jpt., mis hävisid Teise maailmasõja ajal koos ümbruskonna hoonetega. Kivisilla otsas oli aurumasinal töötav suitseva korstnaga pumbamaja, mis pumpas Emajõe vett torustikku mööda raudteejaama, kus vedurid said aeg-ajalt lisavett. Hiljem on hoone mitu korda ümber ehitatud. Nüüd on seal kohvik "Hesburger" ja "VR Tartu 1913"
