Description
English: Supplementary Movie 2 Microtubule growing with a bifurcated plus-end. Microtubules were polymerized in 10 μM unlabeled tubulin and 20 nM kin5_18 at 32°C. The binding of the GFP-labeled kin5_18 is sufficient to highlight the entire microtubules. Scale bar is 2 μm.
