Slovenščina: V okviru prvega predavanja v seriji si bomo v prvem delu pogledali, kaj je upravljanje, za koga je primerno upravljanje premoženja, kako je s stroški in davki pri upravljanju ipd. V drugem delu predavanja se bomo seznanili z osnovami temeljne (fundamentalne) analize. Pogledali si bomo, kako začeti s selekcijo potencialnih naložb (top-down in bottom-up pristop), kvalitativno in kvantitativno analizo podjetja ter nekaj modelov vrednotenja delnic podjetja (DCF model, relativno vrednotenje).
Predavatelj je Jože Gerbec, univ.dipl. ekon., po končanem študiju zaposlen v podjetju Perspektiva najprej kot analitik, nato kot upravljavec posameznih vzajemnih skladov.
