Português: O Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) aceita pedidos de liberdade do ex seminarista Gil Rugai, condenado por duplo homicídio qualificado por motivo torpe há 33 anos de prisão, pela morte do pai e da madrasta. O crime aconteceu em 2004. O ex seminarista estava na cadeia desde novembro do ano passado quando se entregou a polícia depois de ter a prisão decretada pelo Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo. O repórter Rafael Porfírio tem os detalhes dessa decisão. |
