Description
English: Isolation of tumor cells from PBS. Formalin-fixed, DiI-labeled 4T1 cells (approximately 1×106) were added to 3 ml PBS, followed by 3×107 EpCAM-targeted or control MBs. The cells were mixed and allowed to separate. The targeted MB bound and separated cells within 7 min.
