Description
English: Visualization of cell protrusions at cell edges using HUVEC overexpressing GFP, GFP-Rac1-WT, or GFP-Rac1-DN. For cells expressing each vector, 10-min time-lapse image sets as the ones shown were used to determine lamellipodia protrusion dynamics.
