Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 Lipid tubules formed on the surface of a giant unilamellar vesicle (5 mol. % DOGS-Ni-NTA lipids / 95 mol. % POPC lipids) by membrane binding of 5 μM Epsin1 CTD-Atto 488. Tubules fluctuate dynamically. The scale bar is 10 μm long. The frames are approximately 200 ms apart. The movie plays in approximately real time.
