Description
English: PER2::LUC rhythms of the SCN collected in the horizontal plane. A time-lapse movie (30min/frame) of bioluminescence rhythms during the course of a 5-day experiment. Note the gradients in PER2::LUC expression exhibited across both the rostrum and SCN proper during the peak of each cycle.
