English: tdTom+ fragment retention in SCS of TDLNs. tdTom+ particles (red) localize inside (arrow) or in close proximity (arrowhead) of CX3CR1+ SCS macrophages (green) located below the collagen fibers (blue) of the TDLN capsule. Scale bar, 20 μm; time in minutes and seconds.
