Description
English: Video. Following image reconstruction and registration, serial z planes were assembled to form a 3D model using the Volocity 3D Image Analysis Software. The video shows different rotations and magnifications of the 3D model revealing a clear dissociation between intraneuronal McSA1 (green) and pab27576 (red) immunoreactivities.
