Description
English: Surfactant-induced membrane damage resulted in cell death (corresponding to Fig 3B). None of cell rounding, nuclear shrinkage, or membrane blebbing phenotype was observed. SYTOX green (impermeant), CellMask plasma membrane stain (red) and Hoechst 33342 (blue) were used for visualization. The images were acquired by time-lapse microscopy for 10 min with 15 sec interval.
