Description
English: Cell rounding and plasma membrane blebbing when HeLa cells were infected with a P. aeruginosa strain expressing both ExoU and GFP at an MOI of 2.5 (corresponding to Fig 2B). The CellMask plasma membrane stain (red) and permeant Hoechst 33342 (blue) were added 20 min before start imaging at 4.5 hpi. The images were acquired by time-lapse microscopy for 20 min with 20 sec interval.
