Description
English: GLUT4 trafficking in Drosophila fat cells in basal conditions in animals reared on sugar-restricted diets. Video shows 4x magnified regions of HA-GLUT4-GFP trafficking near the plasma membrane. Note that in basal conditions, little movement of vesicle-like particles was observed with the majority of particles being static, consistent with data shown in Figure 2. ovies 60 s time-lapse frames acquired using TIRF at the frame rate of 1 s is shown.
