Español: Claustro incompleto del curso 1880-1881 en el Instituto Provincial de Badajoz. Figuran cuatro Directores, tres Secretarios y un Catedrático distinguido. Sentados: Dº Anselmo Arenas (Geografía e Historia), Dº Manuel María Sáa (Retórica y Poética), Dº Valeriano Ordóñez de Adrián (Historia Natural, Fisiología e Higiene), Dº Máximo Fuertes de Acevedo (Física y Química, Director) y Dº Francisco Franco (Latín y Castellano). De pie: Dº Antonio González Cuadrado (Profesor supernumerario Latín y Castellano, Secretario), Dª Carlos Soler y Arqués (Lengua Francesa) y Dº Juan Epalza Guerrero (Dibujo lineal, de adorno y de figura).
